Took our 2006 Tundra in for brake service in Kailua. Knew it was going to be a chore because the rear brakes were completely seized up. The team did not give up on it. Lanaki ended up having to cut his way through one of the drums to get it off. Not an easy task! Truck was in the shop for 4 days but Iโm VERY satisfied and appreciative that they got our old truck fixed! Thank you again!

Jess and the Firestone crew were very awesome to work with. I had came in with a nail in the tire and they presented all options so I knew what made the most sense to me. Same day service and I was back in business. Thanks again for the great service!

Jesse at the Kailua Firestone is dedicated to customer service! I Had all of my tires replaced here and I have had many tires repaired and replaced because the roads in Hawaii have caused so much damage in them. Every time I come in I am met with a pleasant happy smile and great attitude. She is constantly busy and somehow remains understanding and kind. I am thankful for her and the staff that have got me through so many tirelessly mishaps!!
